52 Sumner, by Springfield Performing Arts Ventures, Inc. (“SPAV”), is available for rentals.
With lots of options we’re available for all your celebrations such as weddings, parties, fundraisers, corporate meetings, theater productions and more. We try to be as flexible as possible and offer various options including seating which can be concert style, 8-person round tables or other combinations as desired. Max capacity with concert seating is 400. We also offer bar and food service, lighting and sound, and recommendations for other local vendors.

“My husband and I used 52 Sumner for our wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend and everything came out so beautiful. Angela, Jay, and Mara were all wonderful to work with; when I tell you they went above and beyond I mean it, even with a few really unexpected curveballs that came our way. They were so good at keeping me feel like everything was going a to be fine (which, everything was of course lol but bride nerves be kicking in sometimes, you know? 😅).
Anyway, 10/10, would recommend 100 times over. We’d have our wedding again here in a heartbeat.
AND the place is a really cool non profit event space for the Springfield area, which let’s be real, has been super needed for a while.”
